A completely new rising mains, complete with tenants and landlord distribution Bus Bar System was provided throughout. New smart lighting system and control system to all floors with underfloor power track to each level. Fire Alarm and Access control system fitted throughout the building.

Catering for 35 people including volunteers, a great time was had by all of those who attended. Carols were sang, pass the parcel played and a lot of food eaten!
