We invest in being a responsible business. We use our in-house expertise to cut carbon footprint and invest the energy saving skills of our people to benefit the community we serve. Within the design responsibilities of each Contract it is a requirement to implement and to comply with BREEAM

BREEAM is the World’s leading sustainability assessment method for master planning Projects, infrastructure and buildings. It addresses a number of lifecycle changes such as new Construction, refurbished and in-use.

Globally there are more than 536,300 BREEAM certified developments, and almost 2,229,700 buildings registered for assessment since it was first launched in 1990.

BREEAM inspires developers and creators to excel, innovate and make effective use of resources. The focus on sustainable value and efficiency makes Bream certified developments attractive property investments and generates sustainable environments that enhance the well-being of the people who live and work in them.

We also believe that it is important to invest in the future of our industry. Education is vital to the future of engineering and construction and Landworth Electrics has committed to support schemes such as the JIB and Work Place Scheme which connects our staff, schools and young people, stimulating an interest in engineering and the future of our industry

JIB Membership

Landworth are proud to announce membership with the JIB Scheme. The JIB sets the standards for employment, welfare, grading and apprentice training in the electrical contracting industry. Landworth this year decided to help those less fortunate in our local community by sponsoring the SVP Christmas Lunch. The lunch took place on Christmas day and was a great success. Catering for 35 people including volunteers, a great time was had by all of those who attended. Carols were sang, pass the parcel played and a lot of food eaten! Everyone who attended said what a great time they had.
